Q: What if my staff are not tech-savvy at all?
A: Perfect. We start from absolute zero. We’ve trained admins who only use WhatsApp and Excel. Everyone goes at their own pace.

Q: Do participants need their own laptop?
A: On-site: ideally yes. But we can bring loaner laptops for an extra fee. Virtual: yes, they need a computer (not just phone) for hands-on exercises.

Q: Is our business data safe during training?
A: Yes. We teach participants to use AI without sharing sensitive data (customer names, prices, passwords). We never store your files.

Q: Can you train in areas outside Bandung?
A: Yes. Within West Java, we travel for a small fee. For outside Java, we recommend virtual sessions. Ask us.

Q: Do you offer certification?
